Q: What is your return policy?
A:  Your 100% satisfaction is our guarantee.  If you're disappointed with your order for any reason, please return it for a full refund (less a 10% restocking fee).  For return instructions specific to your order, please email us at returns@72hoursafety.com. **

Q: Do you offer discount pricing for bulk orders?
A:  Yes.  If you have a special order for a large organization, please contact us for pricing.

Q: What if I can't find the 72 hour emergency or disaster supplies I'm looking for?
A:  If you're not finding what you're looking for, please let us know.  We will do our best to source and deliver these items to you.
Q: Can you do any customization or personalization with product packaging?
A:  Yes.  We provide one color silk screening, custom-packed kits, and custom containers.  Please email us for details.
Q: What are your shipping policies?
A:  All orders are shipped ground within 1-2 days of order receipt.  Faster shipping available upon request.
Q: What are you shipping fees?
A:  Shipping on all ground shipments in the lower 48 states is FREE!  For faster shipping, rates will vary according to size of order.  (Additional shipping charges MAY apply in other areas.  Please contact us for shipping quotes if you are outside of the continental U.S.)
**Unless the product is defective, the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
